Coffee Coaster Challenge (CCC)
Club Member Paul Wong launched the challenge to the other club members.
In essence, it was to create an action packed diorama on either a 100x100mm (Tall) or 150x150mm (Grande) base.
The no holds barred contest allowed each member to fully use their skills and put together a scene from any genre, contemporary, historical, fantasy or sci-fi. Using any kit, materials and medium they chose.
The resulting dioramas were presented at the September 2025 club meeting and entered onto the CCC Competition table. Our judge, Paul Wong, had the difficult decision to determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze place awards on a huge diverse production. It was a brilliant showcase of creativity and craftsmanship on such a compact base and certainly a tough call.
Our congratulations go to Michael Gray (Gold), Chris Dawes (Silver) and Dennis Worden (Bronze).
